Order Fulfillment & Cancellations

We make every reasonable effort to fulfill all confirmed orders. However, in certain situations, an order may need to be canceled due to:

• Limited product availability
• Temporary out-of-stock items
• Payment verification issues
• Concerns identified by our credit or fraud prevention system
• Incorrect or incomplete order details

If any part of your order is canceled by us, our Customer Support Team will notify you promptly.

If your payment has already been processed, the charged amount will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Non-Receipt of Payment

Orders that remain unpaid or have incomplete payment confirmation will automatically be treated as canceled.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.

Important Conditions:

• Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
• Order processing may begin within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• A refund will be issued after deducting a $10 cancellation processing fee (if applicable).
• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
